During this time we have directed the business to concentrates on providing our customers with the best possible product we can achieve. We do this by following simple principles of using the best sustainable ingredients available to us and serving this with cheerful and efficient customer service.

I have been working in fish and chips for 8 years and owned Frydales since February 2015. Since taking over at the shop I have focused on sourcing the very best ingredients and adopting industry best practice to provide the best product I can.
